African Payment Gateway (APG) chooses Solvethys to accompany it in the development of its ecosystem in Europe.

Founded in 2018, APG is a company based in Dakar, Senegal, which aims to become the largest transactional hub and leading provider of payment solutions in Africa (Global Payment Service provider in the WAEMU zone). APG aims to be the first true “digital bank” on the continent, capable of offering a full range of banking and financial products and services.

Solvethys has been appointed to represent APG in the signing of strategic partnerships enabling it to operate in the European market.

In addition, Solvethys will also assist APG in its Series A fund raising, starting with the drafting and review of the due diligence documentation (Business Plan, Executive Summary, Pitch deck).
